Trojan Fixes

The official page for #dmsetup

Computer worms, more commonly called trojans, are files that you have received on IRC, ICQ, AIM, or from some website, and then run, that do things to your computer other than what you expect. Trojan files can be called any name, not necessarily the generic name we call them.

There is a good chance that had you been using a good, updated virus scanner, it would have blocked your running any trojans. However, while virus scanners are good at identifying trojans, they are not always completely effective in removing them.

The utilities below are supplied for your convenience by EFnet’s #mIRCHelp and #dmsetup channel operators, who are available for assist you with running them. We cannot guarantee them, but have had good experience with them.
